Saint Antonius Wichita Kansas
Posted on August 8th, 2007 in Uncategorized |
These Pictures were Taken last Sunday while we were in the Wichita Area.
An Extraordinary Mass is every Sunday At 8:00 a.m. I have been told that if you are lucky you may catch Bishop Emeritus Eugene Gerber praying the Extraordinary mass on an occasional Sunday.
Saint Anthony’s is Wichita’s Oldest Catholic Church and it has just been renovated, and it looks beautiful, Besides serving the faithful whom connect with the Traditional liturgy the parish is served to the Vietnamese Catholic community in Wichita.

As usual, those are fantastic pictures. Thanks for posting them!
Thanks for the post. We were going to this particular church when visiting family a few months back, but we were not able to make it. Thanks!
Thanks for the great pictures. I joined in 1993, of course because of the Latin Mass and the church building reminds me of parish churches back in New York State where I grew up. Helps your prayer life that is for sure. Your site was mentioned in Venite Missa Est.
Great pictures, great church.
Thanks Diana for your comments and kind words, we plan another trip there in the very near future!
God Bless
